Complete Luxury House Renovation

The three-bedroom semi-detached Spanish home, with a spacious garden, had not seen renovations in over 45 years. The new owners, a young family of four, wanted to modernize their residence, and our company was entrusted with the task of renovating the entire home. This included repairing and retiling the existing large swimming pool on the premises, requiring careful coordination between the owners and the construction teams, a challenge that Marius and his team successfully navigated.

The project began with a complete overhaul of the existing floors, ceilings, and walls, which was crucial for such an old house. The internal remodeling aimed to create a seamless flow, transforming the ground floor into a visually connected open-plan living space.

The south-facing lounge area, boasting a splendid sea view, underwent significant changes. By replacing four small windows and a central chimney with three floor-to-ceiling windows, the space gained natural light and a voguish feel. The introduction of structural posts and beams, followed by the installation of dark grey aluminium windows, added a modern touch to the home.
