Complete Villa Renovation in Coveta:
A Front-Line Coastal Gem

At EuroBuild, we have seen our fair share of coastal properties that lean a little too heavily on their “rustic charm.” But there is a distinct line between a characterful Mediterranean retreat and a building that has simply surrendered to the sea breeze. Our latest project, a complete villa renovation situated on the very first line of the beach in Campello, firmly required rescuing from the latter category.

The Challenge: Rescuing a Coveta Fuma Classic

When we first arrived at this frontline property in Coveta Fuma, it was abundantly clear that the building needed far more than a polite cosmetic dusting. As vividly captured in its original state in the left image, the property featured a flat, weathered roof and an undeniably tired, lacklustre facade that was practically begging for an architectural intervention. It was a prime, highly enviable location hindered by distinctly outdated architecture.

The client’s brief was straightforward yet monumental: strip it back, secure its structural future, and deliver a high-quality, rapid transformation that guarantees a brilliantly safe investment.

The Process: A Top-to-Bottom Metamorphosis

We certainly do not do half-measures when it comes to luxury home renovations in Alicante. This project was a comprehensive top-to-bottom metamorphosis, impressively completed from start to finish in just six months. To completely overhaul a property of this scale in such a short timeframe requires a military level of precision—or, as we like to call it, a standard Tuesday at EuroBuild.

Structural and Roofing Triumphs: We began the process with rigorous structural consolidation to ensure the actual bones of the house were unshakeable. The dilapidated flat top was entirely removed and replaced by the construction of a brand-new pitched roof, a move that dramatically improved both the property’s aesthetic charm and its structural integrity. You can admire this stunning architectural upgrade, complete with pristine terracotta roof tiles and crisp, modernized white exterior walls, in image_29b6c9.jpg.
Optimal Thermal Efficiency: To intelligently combat the glorious—but undeniably relentless—Spanish sun, we implemented state-of-the-art thermal insulation for the roof, alongside comprehensive exterior thermal insulation.
Modern Interior Remodelling: Inside, the living spaces were completely reimagined for modern luxury. We executed a bespoke kitchen remodelling, a remarkably spacious living room renovation, and a highly sophisticated bathroom update.
Core Systems and Finishing Touches: After all, nothing ruins a majestic sea view quite like questionable historical wiring. We completely ripped out and replaced both the plumbing and electrical installations. The interior and exterior aesthetics were then elevated with new premium wooden doors, modern, energy-efficient windows, and a flawless, sweeping coat of fresh paint.

The Result: A Premier Costa Blanca Investment

The transformation from a rather dilapidated beachside dwelling to a spectacular, modernized villa is nothing short of extraordinary. Through premium materials, unmatched craftsmanship, and just a touch of that signature EdenPool magic, this property now stands as a prime benchmark for high-end custom villa construction on the Mediterranean coast. It is no longer just a holiday home; it is a meticulously crafted, energy-efficient fortress of relaxation.
